Chocolate making and tasting tour
Time: Every hour on the hour from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday.

Participate in our full hourly session of Traditional chocolate making, experience and taste Ajaw Chocolate drinks flavored with locally prepared spices. An indoor activity occurs hundreds of years ago that thrill our mind and make us realize how the Mayan use their skills, power and art.
Cacao Farm Tour and Traditional Chocolate Making Tour
Duration: 2-3 hours
Minimum guests: 2
This involves a short drive 3 miles west of San Ignacio with a guided tour of the Farm to learn more about Cacao trees plus sampling fruits in season. Learn from experienced Cacao Farmer about seedling to the risk of cacao farming in San Ignacio. Visitors spend an hour at the Farm and upon return to Town to be immersed into the historic Chocolate Making, a creation by the Ancient Mayan. This gives you the pleasure to experience Original stone grinding on a genealogy of Adrian’s Mano and Metate.
Imported wine and chocolate tasting
These semi dry & sweet wine and chocolate is just the taste and balance for a great way to end the day.
Time: Tours start every hour on the hour from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday.
